Race Analysis

As a community we are countlessly overlooked, mistreated, discriminated and hardly ever respected, for years we have had a perception of we are ghetto, animals, gang members and very dangerous people because of our skin. We are targeted by police enforcement, Nazi's pretty much anything who are not our race. Not everybody is against us, but there's not a lot of races who stand with us (Majority White People).

Diversity:

- The Black Community is very hard to have different races in our community, we respect people who respects us. During these times in the world right now we've been more stronger together with our people and have been demanding for more respect in the world, we haven't backed down or stayed silent we keep using our voice until we get heard.

Equity:

- We believe in ourselves so much and we have a whole community that helps us chase our dreams and make them reality. LeBron James built a school and funded every kid with a scholarship to college in his hometown Cleveland, Ohio. We have athletes, entertainers, social movements, law enforcement and many more who supports our community and make changes for the better. We flooded the world with our presences and help guide the youth to do anything they want when they fully commit.

Inclusion:

- We support our community a lot especially when "Black Lives Matter" movement started, when LeBron James built his school for his community in Cleveland our whole community supported his idea and sent over money and resources to show their support. With social media being this global thing we can show support by sharing a post and or making a post about that topic.

Justice:

- The Black Lives Matter movement has helped us get justice that we deserve and what we have been demanding for years. With technology we aren't allowing crooked cops walk away for murdering an innocent man, women or child anymore, we stick up for everybody and Justice needs to be served.
